Which codes worked so far: From Ashes DLC, N7 Collector's Edition Materials.

Which codes didn't work: N7 Defender Armor, N7 Valkyrie Assault Rifle, M55 Argus Assault Rifle and Origin AT12 Raider Shotgun.


When I try to redeem the code I got via e-mail Origin says that the code has already been used.

this is exactly my case (all CE content installed & working, but no pre-order content), other than being in Australia rather than Canada - I noticed that if I copy & paste the "Product Code" (visible under game info in Origin) into Origin's Redeem Product Code dialog it correctly lists the preorder products I am supposed to have receieved; however trying to continue from that point tells me the code has already been redeemed (I assume automatically, during the install process).

edit: if it helps I preinstalled, which didn't seem to work very well.

Which codes didn't work: The store didnt sent me the bonus codes, when i ask for them they told that they dont take responsibility of bonus codes. I contacted customer service of EA to explain my situation and they told me that i have to contact the retailers to receive the codes. Yesterday i ask them again for the codes in an e-mail, because they didnt answer, i go to their their facebook page and asked about the problem with my bonus codes in a post, the comment after a while was full with customers that have the same problem, 15 min later they send me an e-mail telling me that i was making trouble and defaming their good service, they deleted my account and banned my e-mail for futures register in their virtual store. I contacted again customer service of EA and told them what happened and they still didnt help, they give me a discount coupon and tell me good bye I really have bad luck

Which codes didn't worked: they didn't gave me the code and It is not on the receipt, I checked everywhere.

The guy at the counter said it was "All right" and I was so stupid to believe him ... hope you guys at Bioware will be able to help, thanks in advance.

I'm experiencing the same problem.  I contacted Gamestop and they said they couldn't give me another code.  I have the proof of purchase receipt with the code for the N7 Armor, N7 Valkyrie Rifle, and the M55 Argus AR.

Haven't seen any follow-ups from Scylla with updates. Has anyone been contacted by either EA or Bioware after posting thier problem?

Would be nice for an update, even if it was saying that they are still looking into the issue.

They did.... what? If they offered a pre-order code at their store then are telling you it's EAs problem -and on top of that "banning" you from their virtual store- I would rip them a new hole and turn that into a legal issue. That's just wrong on so many levels.

I ordered my copy through Gamestop. I entered my codes and all seemed to go well. The N7 stuff just won't show up in my downloadable content section. I did get the stuff prompting me to buy a Promethean download (gosh, the stuff for cash shows up but not the preoder stuff).  The version I preordered had the Argus Rifle, the M55, the N7 Rifle and the N7 Armor.

I had this then read it more carefully - it's the activation code for the whole CE (if you scroll down, it also includes stuff you should get for the collectors edition, which we have). It's saying the code has been used because it was applied on download, and if you'll notice it matches the product already on Origin.

We're just waiting for the pre-order gubbinz which apparently has a different code(s), and damnit I want my freebies!

Much like everyone else, it tells me my code is not valid even though it is recognized as a code for the N7 Warfare Gear.

I bought the Collectors Edition in at an EB Games in Ottawa, Canada
The codes for the Collectors Edition content worked although only when entered into Origin, not Bioware Social.
The code for the pre-order bonus of Argus Assualt Rifle & N-7 Warfare Gear does not work on either website.

  Thank you for ordering on Origin Store. The product that you pre-ordered is now available to either pre-load or  download.

However the provided Digital Rights code is exactly the same what origin shows on my dde, if i try to register   again it shows that i should also get all the pre-order bonus, but says that the code is already used.

It seems as if the dde and all dde bonuses got registered, but pre-order bonus did not.

Also from what I can see pretty much everyone that pre-ordered The Digital Deluxe received the digital deluxe bonuses, but not a single pre-Order bonus.

I had that but it only happens with the Pre-Order Code, the collectors Edition code works fine.

So should the N7 Warfare be actived through Origin or BSN? It seems BSN accepted my code, its listed under registered game content. Does it mean i should have it in the game? If i try to activate it once more under Origin, it gives the message the code has been used already..
