 I can see m char, under the me2 importer but me3 does not see it......I am not going to play with out it......is anyone else having this problem?

You're posting in the wrong tech board as it's a ME3 problem you are experiencing. Try there as few people attend the ME2 tech boards.

I had this problem but all good now. When i did ME1 to ME2 I just selected the save files and imported them over, but they need to be in a folder. "[name of your character]_[their ME1 level]_[their class]_[date the file was created]" so eg. John_31_Soldier_070312. put your saves into that folder then copy and paste it to the ME3 save file. Hope that helped

Verify that your save can still be loaded in Mass Effect 2, verify that you have completed the suicide mission and that Shepard survived.
