"Unable to authorize the listed DLC"

"Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC. Collector's Edition Online Pass Entitlement"
Except I'm on the same account as I've done everything with and the launcher shows all the pre-order DLCs have been successfully associated with the game. What's failing to be authorized here? A DLC or the fact my copy is a collector's edition?

Ah, didn't see your post in the search results, but yes, same problem. Game passed the release check date, so it shouldn't be date-related...nssBoB wrote...

The fix: in the Origin launcher, click on the information button for Mass Effect 3, right click "N7 Collector's Edition Materials", then click "Check for updates". It should download a 50MB~ patch.

Allow the DLC to download and install.
Run Mass Effect 3.
Start a new game or load an existing one.
The in-game items will be available once you gain access to the Normandy after completing the game’s prologue.
The items will appear on the Weapon Bench or in the Armor Locker located on the Normandy.
Tell me if it works for you!

Ok I just did this. So do I re-redeem the code at the bioware social network website?Pandaman102 wrote...
O... kay. Bloody hell, found the solution. The game keeps telling you the solution is to log into the correct account, but the REAL problem is the Collector Edition files are out of date/corrupted/not installed despite Origin saying it's installed/evil ponies.

Shouldn't have to, since this particular content should automatically be redeemed once you enter the Collector's Edition key into Origin during installation.Koross wrote...

Thank you, seriously, thank you. I was seriously getting annoyed, since I didn't want to waste time fooling around with that monkey business when I want to play.

Yeah not to mention that authorizing the DLC in game is so stupid.
I bought the deluxe edition on Origin and the DLC are installed and ready to go and associated to my profile. How many authorizations should i have?I payed for the DLC and the extra goodies but i cannot use it just because my internet connection keep failing on connecting to the EA servers IN-game. This is really stupid i do not care about multiplayer i just want my DLCs unlocked. Yes i checked my firewall and both Origin and ME3.exe are exceptions.

They only just patched my release date check problem too.
I'm not happy with Bioware right now.

Funny thing is, while masseffect3.exe did actually ask for access, the Windows pop-up never appeared for origin.exe, so I had to add that manually. Problem never appeared again afterwards.
