Bioware social network not accepting my from ashes code

They wont accept my pre order bonus codes either..

I also cannot get the BSN to accept my From Ashes promo code from the PC Collector's Edition. All my other dlc is working.

You need to enter the From Ashes code into Origin, not into BSN.

How do I enter the code in Origin? All I found was a place to buy more Bioware points. I'm not buying more points.

Never mind. I found the Redeem Product Code option from the Origin client main page and got my code to work.

Mine didn't work on website, did work through Origin. Click the gear.

I get a message on title screen "Unable to authorise DLC"
My origin and bioware profiles are identical.
From Ashes shows as available in Origin and Bioware, but not working in-game.

Good thing I'm not alone, I guess.

Edit: It worked on Origin.

Same here. My code doesn't work in origin neither bioware..

I tried a few moments ago and it worked! I didn't use uppercases
