Help! I am on the Mars mission, and I have to snipe some Cerberus soldiers. Problem is, no matter what I do they never lose any health and I die repeatedly. Anyone know what's up??

I have the difficulty set to Narrative as well. I imported a ME2 character, and was never given an option for what kind of play through I wanted to do. Difficulty seems to be set at the highest, even though I have it at the lowest. I have also tried changing difficulty, but it makes no difference - actually, it makes me die quicker.

Anyone? Re-installing did not help. And for some reason my Shepard is at Level 21675429 and I began with over 120 points to spend on upgrades. Can someone from Bioware please look into this?

Nevermind, got it fixed. Went into ME2 and created another save, then started ME3 over with a new import. Seemed to have fixed the problem this time, as I'm not dying in two shots on Narrative difficulty anymore. Hopefully Mars should be a little easier now.
