The weird thing is, in the class select screen it says I don't have a Krogan unlocked anymore, but it's the current class that is selected. My Krogan was right there, without his weapons that I unlocked with Bioware points. When I switched to my Human Vanguard, he disappeared.
I just checked my Human Vanguard's weapons. He had the weapons in his inventory that I unlocked, so I clicked Weapons to see if they were selectable. This made the items reset to the beginner ones.
I'm avoiding playing Multiplayer because I don't want to lose everything again. I want my Bioware points back or at least the items I unlocked. Losing my high lvl Krogan Soldier with all those weapons was pretty depressing.

When all my stuff reset, I was doing exactly that. I readied in the lobby, then the game started while the store was loading up. After completing the match, all my unlocks were re-locked and all I had left was my class levels, and the ability to use the Starter Pack and BF3 Pack. (( I'm on the PC version))

This is what happened for me. All of my classes have remained unlocked though...
Lost all of my weapons/mods. I MISS YOU, CARNIFEX. WHY DID YOU LEAVE MEEEEE?
Edit: On PC, and don't have the BF3 pack.

This happened to me on the Xbox twice during the demo. I haven't been able to even complete a MP game in the full game due to connection issues, but yes it seems to be affecting all platforms.

I think that I had just finished a game, exited the lobb cause I was going to be done for the night (ya that didn't happen) and thought, well I have the points why not use them. I bought a spectre pack and a veteran pack, which was 240 bioware points. I joined a quick match game, played it through but at the end the game gave me my free a recruitment pack, and my bf3 pack again and all my loot up to that point was gone. Along with my bioware points.
This is on PC.

When this happened to me, i continued and bought a veteran pack. In said pack was a Turian soldier (character i was playing when it crashed), he still had his name, coloring, and skill allocations.
Oddest of all: he still had the weapons i no longer had access to, they were STILL modded, and he even gave me back some of my consumables (I went from 0 to 4 ops pack. Every pack of anything i buy is giving me some; im currently at 14 ops packs.. and all that ive purchased was that veterans, a rookie, and a specter pack.)
There went my falcon, Geth Shotgun, Claymore, Drell Vanguard, Quarian Engi / Infiltrator... and worst of all? My +1 Rocket capacity is gone!
Suffice to say, really really upset.
PC, no Battlefield pack.

I don't have the Battlefield 3 pack
It happened to me after completing a match. During the reward screen the "Welcome to the N7 squad" dialogue popped up and I clicked the continue button to make it go away.
I didn't think anything of it until I entered another match and realized my consumable equipment was, well, completely gone. After the match I checked and indeed I've lost all of my special unlocks - race unlocks, weapon unlocks / upgrades, mods, the whole shebang. The only stuff that hasn't been wiped is what I had directly equipped on my Female Adept at the time the glitch occurred.
You really have to fix this, ASAP. This type of bug is just... inexcuseable.

I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but this happened exactly as I hit an overall level of 60. I tend to level up my characters all together so that they are all about the same level...so this would be when my characters had an average level of 10.
Unfortunately, the superimposed image never went away after returning to the lobby so I had to exit the game and restart it. When I logged in I had lost all but the most recent stuff recieved from the Spectre Pack. I don't know if my things started disappearing before this or not but I have lost at least 4 Spectre Packs equaling about 240,000
Other than those things mentioned, my mods are all disappearing. Strangely, it would not let me click on the box to add a mod, as if I don't have any, even though some are installed. Then later, when it did let me click on the box to change a mod, all but the ones I decide to use then become unavalable again...and I'm not talking about the ammo/shiled/weapon one time use equipment...I am talking about the perminent weapon mods like extended ammo and weapon scopes.
Also, before I ever started playing multiplayer I noticed that during the single player campaign if I died during a mission after finding weapons/armor/mods that they would disappear and would not be available once I finished the mission. This may be intentional, but if not it may be related and serve as a pointer to the where the problem may be.
Seems really odd and I hope you guys can sort this out...otherwise, the game is effectively broken for me.
Edit: I do not have the Battlefield 3 stuff.

Now I am scared to even play multiplayer and use credits because I am afraid I will not be reimbursed properly or will waste credits getting stuff I already have. On top of that I have the day off of work tomorrow which would be a great time to grind out some gear.
I would like all of my items and equipment reverted back. I don't want the spectre packs credited or the microsoft points back.
I am hoping they are able to do this and not screw us over... But at least keep us informed let us know what is going on for the people that are going through this because it is DEPRESSING!
