Yeaaaah. Origin Chat just told me that they couldn't help and I should post on the forum.

Edit: I did reunlock my Drell Vanguard and Asari Vanguard, though. The Drell had the Geth Pulse Shotgun and the Asari had the Carnifex, even though I lost those weapons when the game reset. (As was mentioned happening earlier in this thread).

So I'm sure that the fact that we have them unlocked already is stored somewhere.

So after what happened in my last post, now when I just tried to buy the Veteran Pack (I had exactly 20k) it kept telling me the transaction didn't go through; after which, it would go to zero balance then return the money...as if some sort of reset. So I restarted the game and Origin and now have a zero balance...

Please fix these issues. I'm playing mid level multiplayer characters with crap gear.

I am playing on Xbox 360 user name Lazuruspit I lost a Krogan and a Turian as wells as several weapons and upgrades were gone when I logged on today.

Welp, this just happened to me too...

I lost some mods for my weapons (Shotgun & SMG), my Eviscerator, Some awesome Turian Rifle, and other stuff, and my Asari Vanguard (who I can still play as, as long as I don't change characters) and all my various items, etc.

I clicked into the "store" to see how many credits I had, and then my match started. It then restarted me at square one like I was a new character. Even let me open all my Facebook Recruitment boxes, etc. 

I play the 360 version, my gamertag is MEMANIAsama

This is my feeling to a degree. Im kinda worried to play multiplayer or buy packs until the moment its fixed. And i figure alot of people are in the same boat...

Yeah, I don't want to play MP and then find out by restoring my pre-glitch stuff they erase all my current inventory, or lose my current inventory, or whatever. Honestly, they should just give people who lost stuff like a pile of packs, since I'd assume it might be impossible to get every single person the exact items they lost unless it's recorded in the code somewhere (and maybe it is since it remembers all your customization stuff.)

I've just had this happen to me as well.  Just successfully finished a match, and got the welcoming screen on top of the combat summary page.  Now virtually everything that I had unlocked has gone missing.  Seems starting weapons retain two mods if slotted.  Switching weapons removes any 'missing' mods that were installed?  Playing on PC, FYI.

Edit: All consumables are gone as well, as is the recently unlocked Quarian infiltrator,  but cash on hand seems to be where it should be.

Well the stock clearance happened for me yesterday and coming back today everything is still gone.

First online multiplayer shooter i ever played and I'm already feeling the sting.

Same thing for me as well. My N7 rank is 77 and I've poured many credits into the item packs. I had nearly every character unlocked, and now all my unlocks are gone. I had a couple level X weapons as well. Feels bad man.

Like many others, I got the "Welcome" screen again, and got my starter and BF3 packs again.

One thing that I can think of that may have caused this glitch would be that I was purchasing a pack when the host left the lobby. I was still on the items screen. A couple rounds after that I notice that my weapons are missing mods while in a game. At the end of that game is when the "Welcome" screen appeared again.

Also, I had cloud sync disabled.

From my educated guess as a programming student, perhaps some key data is getting dropped or corrupted when communicating with the EA/Origin server, causing the game to revert to the default?

Yeah, hell I'm angry. This is a mess.

I can't play singleplayer til they fix the face import bug.

And now I can't play multiplayer either, because of this awful glitch.
A. I don't want to waste time and lose even more stuff and B. I don't want to run the risk of messing up my unlocks data in case it's still stored somewhere and they find a way to restore it...

And in the meantime, here I am with a 60 bucks game I can't play. Well done, Bioware, well done.

I had a blast playing the demo. And, I have put a few hours in on MP since release.

I am not playing any more MP 'till I see a post from Bioware saying they have fixed this, though. I couldn't take the aggravation of losing what little I have unlocked.

This issue happened to me as well. I had just finished the map, and the score was racking up, then I got a popup saying I had a free pack at the store. I clicked to to the store and i accepted the free packs. The odd thing was it was as if the scoreboard was a watermark in the background the whole time and I couldn't close it.

Also, I'm playing on PC with the Origin ID of Jellosnake and I did not get the Battlefield preorder bonus.

It really is a mess.  BioWare can say they take this issue "very seriously," but if so they need to let us know their intentions as soon as possible.  For example, they could:

1) Restore all lost unlocks.  Obviously this is what most players would want, but there's a good chance it's not possible.  Assuming that it is impossible, they need to let players know this.

2) Compensate affected players with credits, allowing them to re-purchase their lost packs.  We'd get different unlocks, but at least it's something.  This is really the bare minimum for what I'd consider an acceptable resolution.

3) Work to fix the bug so that no more players will be affected, but otherwise do nothing.  With the current state of communication, this is what it sounds like they'll be doing.  If that does end up being the case, anyone who spent real money on packs is going to have a serious case against BioWare.

This h append to me, luckily i stopped playing before my characters got wiped too. i was N99 and was playing having a good time, come out of a game and my weapons are gone i spend probably 60$ worth of Ms points. Almost wanting to return the game since this has happened and not made me want to play at all.. I was on 360

GOD DAMN IT ...... 

I am enjoying the game since demo, I started playing MP since the day it was released, I had spend alot of time on the game and reached level 51 and bought quite a few Spectre Boxes and the rest of the Boxes. I had unlock quite abit of weapons and toons.

Just when I finished a round,  I got the picture (i borrowed the link from another player > http://i.imgur.com/h6xVU.jpg), end game score chart but with the Welcome to N7 overlaid over it. (i tot ... wow ... more surprise! I click store) The battle summary menu is displayed overlapping with the normal character lobby menu, and I got the screen that says Welcome to the Spec Ops?!?!? (WTF?) My starter pack was shown on the screen like the 1st time i loaded the MP game. Then my game crashed. When I finally loaded my game, I realize I had lost all the weapons which I had unlocked till that point.

Are they going to give back my unlock weapons? 

I am RESET to the basic weapons.

I AM ON PC VERSION. NON BF3!
Fix it or i want my $$ back!
