same happened to me, 1600 bioware points, and countless credits from missions, all gone in a blink of an eye.

I refuse to play multiplayer untill i either get my items back, or i get a refund for my bioware points spent, in full

This same thing happened to me last night. I can't believe how this could even make it past bug testing. This seems like something they should have caught in play testing.
I just hope I get my stuff either replaced, or I am reimbursed with credits...

 Something like this just happened to me on the Retaliation DLC. After I downloaded it I went into my game and looked at all the locked characters that I would work to unlock. There were 14. After a game or two I went back to the change character screen and the only characters it showed me were the Volus Adept, Turian Havoc, Volus Engineer, and Turian Ghost. I redownloaded the Retaliation DLC but they didn't show up. So I just kept playing and now I've unlocked the Turian Havoc and Ghost. I was thinking of deleting Retaliation and downloading it from scratch, but I'm affraid I'll lose everything I've unlocked.

There was a mistake where they showed all the classes. They are only releasing 4 classes right now, it is not a glitch.

Also, don't revive a 7 month old thread for this, make a new topic.

All the characters seemed to vanish except 2 of the Volus and the new Turians, what a waste of microsoft/bioware points... hope when its fixed they're still unlocked.
