I just spent 720MS points on the packs in ME3 multiplayer and now all of my weapons are gone and it made me buy the starter and battle field 3 packs all over now im out 720 points is there anything i can do ??

Is there an advantage to buying packs with MSP as opposed to just in game credits? I mean do you get a greater chance of rare items from them?

This just happened to me right now. I will PM you my info. I finished a match and during the XP and Credit game results screen, the N7 Ops screen popped up and sent me to the store to redeem packs. My level remained the same but I lost all my character unlocks, weapons, mods and credits.ac

i luckly didnt loose every thing but all my med gels and ops packs poofed on me last night and during the same game my buddy lost all his rockets. all of which are better then losing it all but still put a wrench in my gold farming

hey i bought 1 specter pack with my microsoftpoints on my xbox360 and it said i bought it but then the host left and it sent me to the loading screen afterwards i didn't get the items from the specter pack.

I lost a lot of items when this glitch thing happened. Can we get some kind of information on what you guys are doing? I couldn't care less about this 'real ending' nonsense or the Falcon nerf. I just want everything I lost back. Or packs equal to how many MSP I spent.

A thread was posted last weekend in regards to packs not being properly rewarded when buying the Equipment pack with MS Points. That issue is minor compared to what the OP's problem is here, but at the same time, this is another instance of users not getting their packs when using MS Points, which I find unacceptable. I'm with everyone here, not looking for those points back, just want what I paid for.

I just wanted to chime in. I didn't use MS points but I used "game credits" and I know for a fact I had 9 medi-gel before I bought my latest "Specter Pack" and I noticed that all my medi-gel was gone in the next match. It also reset most of my weapon upgrades.
And I had just got the M-13 Raptor upgraded and I was sooooooo happy
Raptor.
I mean it's not like I am out any cash, so, not a big deal. But I did want to let you guys know what happened.
And obviously recommend to any player for the time being.... just EARN your credits.
A lot less heartache.

I have earned a lot of credits have currently about 500,000 credits it's just the money I actually spent that gets to me And like we said it also happens with credits when they just disappear

Oh I understand bro. I have been wanting to spend about 800 MS points myself but I'm not going to just because of this issue. Kinda sad really, you would have thought something like this (involving money) would have been playtested to death before launch....
