She's awesome. Between her and SCORPIO from SWTOR I'm fully on board with this whole sexy female robot kick Bioware has going on.

What is she like in combat? The one time I took her with me, she seemed quite useless, always running into the enemy and not using cover or her skills.

She also doesn't seem to have much to say, unlike Garrus and Liara, who talk lots

I only used her once in my squad, she kept using decoy in my face.

If you ended Overlord DLC with Paragon choice, you find David Archer and he recognises you and even correctly guesses by seeing EDI (who comments Archer is much healthier than the last time they "met"), that she is the Normandy's computer he tried to hack in the boss fight and he apologises.

Small things, but I like them.

Yeah, I thought that part was pretty cool too. "You're the normandy computer" :3

I didn't bring her on that mission, though thought it was cool that David recognised you and was quite articulate as well. I suspect if you hadn't saved David those three wouldn't have been there and you'd have missed out on their war asset.

I agree. EDI is definitely my favorite squadmate. overload and funny dialogues are absolutely great. and SCORPIO was even better imo.
