 Hey, obviously this post contains a little bit of spoilage.

Regardless,

I'm on Eden Prime and every single time, without fail, I crash to desktop after viewing the Prothean recording of the "stasis activation signal". As soon as the custcene ends, the game will CTD, even with the 40MB patch installed.

I unfortunately have the same issue. All drivers are updated as of an hour ago, still having problems.

I am currently having the same issues at the very same spot. 5th time without fail, crash to desktop. Not sure if I have done the update tho, how would I know?

There are several threads in this forum now, Regarding repeatable CTDs with the message "The program MassEffect3.exe has stopped responding"

Usually this error is visible if you alt+tab when the game 'freezes'

This just happened to me, really frustrating I want to finish this mission.

Ahhh so this is actually the From Ashes DLC. Apparently my going to the signal video first is what caused the crash. I can try to run and grab the other video on the planet and see if that works.

Getting the other video first DOES in fact work, However, There are other 'crash locations' throughout the game, So you're not out of the woods yet!

 Just reached here, tried to repair install but nothing worked yet. hopefully they get this fixed soon

*update: getting the other video first does help
