Sayn: Can no longer speak to, convinced to join Blue Suns, no option to talk to him
Bailey: Cannot speak to, continues to tell me to to talk to Sideris
Sideris: Cannot speak to, no option to talk to her or assistant at all
Aria: Tell me to go free Sideris when I ask her about Eclipse.

We'd LOVE to walk back to the lift - if that fixed it!

Exactly. I've walked back through the security scanner a dozen times, no dice. I've left that floor, come back, walked through, no dice. I've taken the Normandy out for a couple missions, come back. No dice.
I've got a friend who says she had no problem, she has the Xbox release. I have the PC release. Connection, maybe?

I did a couple quests and still having the same issue. Sigh.
Mine is also broken. I talked to the second in command and now Bailey and Aria won't reconize that fact. ... The guy I talked to is also gone now. /sigh
Guess I need to go back (5hours of gameplay back) and release her if I want to finish this .... otherwise I'm SOL.

For the sake of my data and hypothesis: Ewtah, erikage, do you two have the PC, 360, or PS3 releases?

If you guys are stuck on any Citadel missions, try looking at your map. We marked plot-important items and NPCs on it, and you can flip back and forth between maps on the GUI to check if what you need is in another area without loading it up first.
(Can't remember off the top of my head if we marked off Sayn on the map in this case - I believe we did, but I can't swear to it.)
You did so in a poor fashion. A better approach would have been to indicate, in the journal, the plot progress and the rough area where the plot progression takes place. I stumbled across Sayn by *accident*.
As it is, the current approach has you backtracking through every area of the Citadel to find the one person who can progress the plot.
Another complaint is that the keybindings are limited; there is no way to bind "Open your journal" to any key at all, on the PC. It's a very clear sign that this game was designed for and then ported over from a console.

I have the pc version. I told Sayn to get rid of the blue psycho biatch went through the scanner & Bailey contacted me, I told him to release her & not to worry about it. Went & talked to Aria & she talked about the being easier to control.[/quote
It seems quite a few people are having this issue. Hit and miss on it working. For some, even reloading the entire mission won't change the outcome.
