Hello everyone,

I have purchased and was able to install the N7 Collector's Edition Materials into my Profile. However, it shows up having two copies of the soundtrack for PC instead of N7 Collector's Edition Materials on my registered content. Will this be resolved soon? Also, the materials work fine on Origin and  they do technically work. Thanks for your time.

N7 Collector's Edition Materials shows in Origin ok but in social.bioware as Soundtrack.

Just checked my registered content here, also have the soundtrack listed twice, but if you look at the game's information on the Origin launcher you should have the materials listed there. Also be sure to right-click and update the materials, because the game will keep telling you it can't authorize it and insist you log onto the account you bought it with otherwise.

I cant seem to add mass effect 3 to my origin account and I also do not see my mass effect 3 collectors edition materials listed, besides the soundtrack. I did use my online pass code through XboxLIVE

I have soundtrack x3 pc and x1 for 360 and x1 for ps3... and that deserver a wtf..

I have this issue as well, it's listed within Origin but on this site I have two soundtracks - weird.

So... did anyone played the game who have this issue , is everything working as intented inspite of the bug on bw social , did you got Collectors items ingame ?

I've played the game. I have my CE items in-game, even though they're not listed on social.bioware.com

When is the earliest that you are supposed to get them? I had the Chakram Launcher on Mars but I didn't see anything else.

You get all of the other items after you leave the Citadel for the first time.

Same issue as above mentioned. 2x Soundtracks for PC here in BW social network and no N7 Collector Edition materials. However on Origin i do have the N7 Collector Edition Materials

I have the same issue as everyone else. It is showing 2x Soundtracks for the PC and no N7 Collector Edition materials on my Bioware registered game content.

They also do not appear in my game! Only "From Ashes" works...

I'm having the same issue as well. Shows the soundtrack on BSN twice w/ no CE materials. CE materials is listed in Origin, and I've got all the guns... except for the Valkyrie. I also don't have the Defender armor.
I tried to repair the install of the CE materials through Origin, but that didn't work.

Same here, I only had the soundtrack listed. I talk to the ea support and they gave me the argus rifle and the shotgun. But I can not find the collector's edition materials, and the DLC

For some reason I had to register the codes on BSN and on Origin to get them to work in-game. That was the only way they started showing up.

Why haven't they commented on this yet? :/

Still waiting for my n7 materials to show up. I downloaded the pack from origin after installing the game, but no guns/special armor. Played through the game twice, kinda sucks.
