Um I thought I just had to copy my shep save fold to the save folder, but when I went in game to upload the save it shows that it is there and I can select it but go no further than that. Does not show play time or anything I can not procede.
ME3 is great btw.
import save game..how?

yeah I am and I am not detecting my save files from mass effect 2, I cant even detect my save files from me on me2 is it becuase I had to import them from cloud from my old xbox 360 that broke down? if so I need to know how to fix this

Are you still able to load the save files in Mass Effect 2?
The original poster claimed to move files into folders, which is nonsensical when addressing XBox 360 save data.
