She went from one hair style to a different one. It's unsettling

Thank you for posting the follow up on how you solved the issue. I also downloaded the ...from ashes add-on and my character reverted to lvl 1 and to basic look. I had over 10hrs gameplay in so it scared me half-dead too. But, reverting to an older save-game worked. I lost about an hour of gameplay - which too sucks, but is something I can live with.
