After viewing the 2nd video, i fight the two cerberus groups, find that the bridge has been retracted and that i need to go around another way. i go up to ladders, jump over some air vents and get to a ladder to go back down the other side. My squadmates can indeed go down the ladder, but i cannot. the sound it should make is there, but the animation makes me sit still at the top and then resets me up top when it sounds like i should hit the bottom. Wondering if anyone else is having this issue. Did this (Fallen Ashes DLC) before going to save turian leader, on windows 7 64bit, no other problems encountered so far.
