Aren't you that guy who was making lots of spam treads? (Genuine question)

What? I think I've made 1 or 2 threads here in the past asking questions about ME3.

Charlie... Just go away Posted Image

I'm not going away just cause you want this forum to be solely for the purpose of heaping praise on Bioware.

Some people hate the game. Accept it.

No I want to discuss Mass Effect 3. Levels and such, theories on the story. There is no place here for hating. Take off somewhere else Posted Image

So it's good that I missed the CE before they sold out? I loved ME1 but hated ME2. By your reactions I figure ME3 would have stomped my soul into the ground and pee'd on it.

Yes dude. Believe me. Despite what others are saying the last thing I wanted was to hate this game.

Save your money and pray they eventually do what Fallout 3 did with ending DLC. Not that that would fix everything about this game but it would sure make it easier to stomach.

It's a poll, open it when you finish the game.

Then go find an "I love Mass Effect 3 and have no problems with it whatsoever" forum somewhere. Criticism is allowed here from what I can see.

I'm still patiently waiting on my PC version to arrive. When the game was put back by 6 months last year, I jokingly commented to a friend of mine that it was so they could put all the RPG stuff back in after the pounding DA2 had taken. I'm now officially worried.

If what he picked up was the PC version, and he's this disappointed? Good luck with that. Retailers never accept back PC games here short of them being completely busted on a physical level, and even then they can get nasty about it. And digital version? Not a chance. Ever.

That said, he doesn't even have ME3 purchased on this account that I can see . . . or any Bioware game, for that matter. He could just be trying to rile people up. Maybe that's not it, I don't know, but it's certainly suspect.

Before release, the pessimists were saying the ending sucks and the game was ruined.
They were right.

Before release, the optomists were saying that they will enjoy the journey despite the unsatisfying endgame.
They're tearing the hair off their scalp.

I never said I didn't have problems with it. Just go take your hating somewhere else. Or at least keep it in one single thread instead of filling the forums with rubbish. Just move on Charlie Posted Image

I don't even know what it means to have it "linked" with your account. I registered on this forum awhile back just to talk about the game up to release. I guess you guys think I registered a year in advance so I could show up on release day and troll? Whatever.

Nothing trollish about OP. You are going to see a lot of posts like his from a lot of longtime fans who feel genuinely let down by what the third game turned out to be - less because of the story, but much more because of how that story was delivered.

Pretty much, I agree.

BioWare became such a popular franchise because of their memorable and engaging stories, fun and unique characters who the writers treat with love and the ability to choose how your character acts and is through the dialogue.

Yep.

Bioware Social accounts are linked to your EA account/Origin Account, it keeps track of DLC and bonuses you've paid for/unlocked, as well as games you've registered.

I don't know how it works, but I have several different EA accounts that I've used for Madden and Battlefield and all sorts of games, and I have no clue which one is associated with this forum account.

If people want to say I'm a troll cause it makes it easier to write off the criticism, then fine, go ahead and do so. But from what I can tell there's plenty of people in this thread alone who share some of my gripes.

I don't mind the ending, I have always been a fan of the Greek tragedy... With that said I believe it is appropriate for the game series. As for gameplay, they did try to mainstream it a bit, BUT I don't mind it. I found the gameplay to be fun. While I respect your opinion I disagree with it.

Which is fine...unlike some others here I don't take issue with people disagreeing with me, or accuse them of being trolls for it.
