Hi,

I keep having the same issue.  I have the Collector's Edition and my code worked fine.  Promblem I am having it when I try to download the "From Ashes" DLC, it never finishes and gives me the following messsage.

An unexpected download error has occurred.  Please cancel and restart your download.  Error: 7049:25

And when I get in-game after it's done checking for add-on content, it says From Ashes could not be authorized and that I need to log in from the account I have the DLC with.  I only have once account and that's when I am using.

Surely I cannot be the only one having this problem.  Any thoughts how to fix this?  I haven't played the game yet and I've had it since midnight trying to get this sorted out.

My dlc code can't be recognized. At least your code worked.

I've entered the DLC code from the collectors content and it keeps telling me it's an invalid code.

I have the same problem and error code, OP. Maybe it isn't out yet or something?

I am having the same issue with the From Ashes DLC, the original code comes back as invalid and after talking to an EA Rep and getting another code, it also comes back as invalid. This is something on their end. I was able to input 4 other DLC codes without an issue but From Ashes is out of my reach as of now.

Ok, after punching in the DLC codes here on the Bioware Social Network, every one I had except for From Ashes worked fine. I have tried several times to use the From Ashes code here and still get the invalid code error. I then went to the Origin Application and used it there (the gear icon in the upper right corner) and it worked fine and is showing up in my downloadable content now here on the Bioware Social Network page.

So, fyi, this is how it worked for me.

I downloaded and registered the DLC From ashes. Guess what? Now i cant load my save data. It keeps stating. Missing DLC From Ashes. I tried to repair install and check for patches. Guess its just multiplayer for me..

I followed the solution of another thread dealing with a different DLC and it worked.

Click the "i" to see info on the game and list of installed DLC.  Then right click on From Ashes and choose "update".  It downloaded From Ashes successfully and when I loaded the game, it  authorized without issue.

Hope this helps others as it has me.  As for those who cannot get thier codes to work.  Make sure you are putting the From Ashes code into Origin and not BSN.  If you are doing that and the code still doesn't work, then I hope a solution will present itself.  Surely someone can get that sorted out.

My bonus materials code in the n7 box does not redeem through Origin application as above, or throught this website.  And I have failed bonus downloads.

Ok, for me it has now worked. I am in UK and perhaps the codes didn't become activated until today? Anyway, soundtrack started downloading automatically today, and after successfully redeeming my N7 bonus code in the Origin application (although "No description is available" was a bit bizarre), the From Ashes DLC appeared in the download list and the N7 materials started downloading.

I have screenshots of what Origin application was doing during all of this if anyone is interested, including the original download error, activation and download progress.

I'm subscribed to thread so let me know.

You can see that the From Ashes DLC didn't appear until after I registered the code from coloured insert in the CE box.
