[Steve Jobs]

 I was looking forward to play ME3 on this weekend, but that user score made me feel sad.

It's just same as MW3... how bad was it.. 10/10 score from reviewers but the user score was low just like this game.

Anyways, what do you think about this game? Is it a great game or not?

I assume you are referring to metacritic. Haters simply just hating. If you take a look at the user reviews (which i don't recommend as a lot of them have huge end game spoilers in their reviews) that they are all either 0s or a couple of 10s to try and counter the hating. Never take metacritic's user reviews seriously for any game.

User opinions can be important, but really Metacritic is just a big ol' load.

seriously man. Dont let it get you down. All of this stuff I have been hearing from the trolls and the nega-fans have been getting me down a bit too, and not because I think the game will be bad, im just easily manipulated.

It's not a 10/10 or a 0/10. If I do think it's an 8 so far. Gameplay wise it's awesome and co-op is great. Talent upgrades are much better, weapon modification was a much needed system, being hit while in cover is good since it forces us to move and watch out for enemies over us but story wise I'm not liking it so far. Also I don't like Vega or Chobot.

No games are perfect. If you hate EA and want to make a dent on their profit., the unfortunately ME3 does present them with a lot of oppurtunities to grind an axe.

 That's why you don't trust mainstream reviews. They have to be favourable to not anger the EA gods and lose EA's support of their company.

Trust the user scores and the indie reviewers.

Amen. I went there to check the reviewer aggregate when I noticed that a local news site had a (raving) review up, and noticed the user score. Without thinking twice, I glanced down and saw, in the very first sentence of a user review, what I can only assume was an end-game spoiler.

Showed me, I guess.

Most of the reviews are troll ones. Seriously, no matter how bad the ending is or how much you hate auto dialogue, there is no way that you can give this game only a 1 or 0.

To the person above: the only thing I saw was a incomphensible mess of grammaitcally incorrect words that I could barely read.

Yeah, 8 might be more accurate, I'm certain.

Metacritic is a joke in all forms these days. A bunch of disgruntled idiots will go to extreme lengths do make sure the user rating is a s low as possible. At the same time ME 3 does not deserver the perfect score many other gives it.

ME3 is a good game if you want to play an action game with a story added to it, if you however want to play a RPG with good amount of action ME3 does not satisfy in that department at all. The mechanics of which ME 3 relies on when it comes to roleplaying is extremely limited and doesn't give you te feeling of actually playing a RPG.

The playtime I had yesterday I did enjoy, but not as a RPG, more as interactive story game. Who knows maybe this will change once I have played through it one full time, but the initial feeling doesn't bode well for this game as a rpg. :/

toss out the 1s and 2s and even most of the 10s and you get a better feeling of user scores. Unfortunately there arent a ton of those because most people dont care for metacritic these days because of the self important trolls from reddit and 4chan that think they are cool kids for once whenever they can cry about a sequel.
