I am using an imported character from me 1 to me 2 and almost done my second playthrough. I just turned on my console and the game refused to let me access my file and told me there was a sign in change. I attempted to sign out of profile and back in to no avail. After turning it off in frustraition I logged on a second time 5 min later and it said that my game was recently used on another console. After clearing that screen I was allowed back into my save file like nothing had happened. That said Im concerned that this will happen again due to the number of posts about this topic on multiple forums. I must make clear that at no time have I ever changed hardrives or move the console from its spot in the 2 years I have owned it.

Can anyone tell me exactly whats going on and whether or not its chronic because I bought a ce me3 today and I do not want to enter any dlc codes or even access that game if these crashes are going to persist.

Someone on a fairly recent thread had suggested a fix for the issue. You might want to have a browse to see what they suggested.
