I am attempting to launch ME3, but when I double click the button, I get the "Launching Mass Effect 3" popup then nothing happens. I can even do that over and over, but the game doesn't launch, nor is there any thing in my applications or processes to indicate that ME3 is even attempting to run.

I've tried all bar installing to different location. The application error signature I'm getting is:

Nothing so far... :-(

For the awc.dll problem there is a workaround here.
