After Dling the in the Indra through Origin, When I restarted Me3, I was given a message that "From Ashes had become corrupt and needed to be redownloaded. This occurred in the start menu during EA server communication.
Additionally, I still have not received a Collector Rifle Association in my account, despite being told by EA support that it would appear there after the game was region unlocked.
M90 Indra causes From Ashes to become "corrupt".

I have the same issue. I really really don't want to uninstall everything and reinstall everything when only the DLC os not working.

Were you in the middle of the DLC when you installed the Indra? I didn't have the exact same issue, but my savefile got wierd after I installed it.
I was exploring the galactic map when I saved and quit. Then when I returned to the game after installing the Indra, I had 0 fuel and 0 credits and my Shep was was back to level 1.
edit - Going back and reloading the previous 'start mission' save seemed to get around it for me. Granted I had to run Palaven again as well as go through quite a bit of conversation and exploration to get back where I was, but at least I wasn't totally screwed.

All previous DLC was installed, and the Indra loaded to completion before I restarted the game.
