You just read my mind.  Male Sheps have a lot of diversity.  The females really don't.  Unless you have modding skills.  Kudos to those on X-Box who have made unique Fem Sheps without mods.  My fem shep looks like she fell out of the ugly tree.  I was originally going for Ripley in Alien 3 and what I got was...only attractive to a Drell.   In Mass Effect 3, I said screw it and let her grow her hair out into a purple ponytail.  It really didn't help. My Male Sheps are  better, but not by much.  (My Hawkes on the other hand looked wonderful and diverse.)

Here's my latest Shepherd - ME2 version.  I haven't got up to ME3 with her yet but I think she turned out ok.




Oh, I should probably say that this Shep has been changed very extensively with gibbed's saveeditor.

It's not easy to see, but I gave him a full Stache-Beard combo (the ShepLoo variant) in ME3. Chances are, he would've grown more facial hair during his 6-month incarceration.
In the unlikely event anyone wants me to post more pictures of him, just let me know.

I managed to get ME3 screenshots by comitting Launcherception and having Steam take the screenshots, even while Origin ran the game.

Here is one of mine imported from ME1->ME2->ME3, I did tweak her hair color and fixed the lips a bit in ME3 which was nice since they were a fail in ME1. screenie from xbox. Glad the face import works, when I first tried to run her, it was.. horrifying.

That is a really good shepard, the only thing is the voice acting does not go with this look.
