Can't believe I haven't looked at this thread before! Some really awesome and funny morphs.

My contribution (the only Male Shepard I've made that rivals how much I like the default one).
The hair isn't meant as grey, but as literally silvered. (Don't know if the game meant it that way.)

Mostly Paragon Adept (but chose the renegade ending). Belongs to Liara.




Haven't ever been able to get a noteworthy FemShep morph, but then again, I rarely play as her.

Sofie Shepard, Spacer, War Hero. Alliance girl through and through. Liara Romance. Mostly Paragon.



Leah Shepard, Colonist, Ruthless. Trying to make up for her past mistakes. Garrus romance. Tries to be paragon, but often ends up getting frustrated and goes renegade.

Just started a new trilogy runthrough so thought I'd drop pics of my main Shepard in here.

 

Laura Shepard - soldier, colonist/war hero, paragon, Kaidanmancer. I play on Xbox so the first pic from ME1 is with my phone, but the ME3 pic is a screencap a friend took using my facecode. The import into ME3 changed her looks quite a bit, but I grew to really like her ME3 look as well.

Probably a bit late to the party but I thought I'd throw my girl in for the hell of it, first post on BSN ever too I'll be taking her through the trilogy and uploading my let's play on youtube soon...hmm so I guess that will be character creation reverse style? 
Her name is Elizabeth Shepard and is definitely my fanfic canon Shep in every way. She is a powerful Biotic with a Paragon heart (unless of course you get on her bad side ),daughter of Mindoir, War Hero of Elysium and is completely in love with her closest Turian friend, Garrus
