Yep, I have this thing. Which you can take video or snapshots with (you also need and external harddrive). I find, however, it's better to take video and then use some other software to get screenshot from it. They're better quality that way. At least I think so.

You need to upload the image to a place on the web like here:
http://tinypic.com/

and then put the link for the image between this two:
[ img ]  [ /img ]

(remove the space between the word img and the [ i put the space there because its turn to an empty image otherwiseand you wouldnt be able to see what i was writing)
