Vin Shepard, complete with code at the top so you know what code to copy/avoid. Vin was supposed to be albino, but naturally the vanilla CC doesn't really allow for that so instead he's just Ultimate White.

Named 'Vin' after Vin Diesel, because engineer->engine->fuel->petrol->diesel. It's true what They say: only five degrees of separation...!

honestly ever since playing ME2 i wanted my shepard to have TIM's eyes which in 3 save editor allowed for that to happen so i'm glad because i played my shepard mostly paragon seeing as being paragon effects anything but healing of the scars kinda felt lame..

I assume you meant 'nothing but'?
Whichever is your dominant actually affects non-crucial dialogue, so it's not only the facial scarring that fluctuates. Mostly it's the difference between "Oh sure I'll help you make friends, teehee" and "I don't integrate well in 'polite' society... but okay".
