I have a code that came with my CE which I'm assuming is for the From Ashes DLC and I just tried to enter it and I got a message saying that the code is not recognized.

Help?

I'm also having the same problem, but I did notice that the text before the code has "COMING SOON" written on it. Chances are that it's not unlocked as of yet until it's released in other regions.

Try using the origin client to redeem your code. That's what worked for me.

It didn't work on the website.

How do you redeem it via Origin though? Every time I see the From Ashes DLC, the only option I'm getting is to buy it with Points. I cannot find a place to redeem my code.

You go to the gear dropdown menu in Origin and select redeem product code from there.

Alright, I've found it now. But I must say, that was needlessly complicated. And I'd rather have all my DLC in one place.
