B) 'Black People, listen to me!'

You're White Guy, and you didn't pick option A).

Wow, sucks to be you mate. Sorry to see your valid point attracted forum pond life.

I've indulged and humoured their arguments because I really don't like to offend anyone yet, it seems as though they take offense before I've even opened my virtual mouth - for instance the post above yours. What IS that boy talking about? The fact the game is out in America, the fact Americans use the spelling "mom" which is American-English and is used no where else to my knowledge - indicates pretty strongly that a post like that is by an American user, but people on here are so set on trying to coax some kind of admition out of me that I'm a hater. This post is about the individuals posting what they are, not the fact they're American - grow a ticker skin guys. No one really cares if you're American, Asari or a talking arse (or whether you're talking out your arse)

Game was out in Asia yesterday. US today. And that quote you said, I know a Japanese girl that types the same way that lived her entire life in Japan. That's teenage text-type speak. It's in more than one country.

And you avoided that because you know you can't identify the person who typed that paragraph.

You're just butt hurt that it's being released in EU in 3 more days. Don't get mad about that and lash out at people. Is everyone in your country that immature?

This tread is why BSN is such a god awful community.

Yes, the OP sorta fudged up by saying "Americans!" but if you actually took the time to read the post you'd realize that he's more upset about people doing **** like posting the goddamn ending in the non-spoiler section.

While it doesn't really bother me (as I'm well spoiled), that doesn't change the fact that there's a lot of pricks out there that are trying to ruin the game for other people just because they don't like the game Bioware has made. Instead of acting like a normal, decent human being and just not playing it they get on forums and throw a temper tantrum like a spoiled child.

No one is actually taking this seriously right? Do you honestly think that the posts on here are equal between America, Asia and all the other places that the game is available? C'mon...

I for one, enjoy being hyped up for a game - even if I'm dissapointed by the final result I'd rather that be my conclusion untainted by what others have said.

Sure I could just not come onto this forum but I'm days away from playing one of my most anticipated games ever - seriously, I've been trying to rid myself of distractions to focus on my career but I allowed myself the Mass Effect series and after the third game, that's it, I need to focus again.

So here I am and on this non-spoiler forum, for people who haven't registered their games, (as those of you who can play it have been given every other forum to post in and talk freely about in-game content) and there are all sorts of spoilers and as annoying, it turns out, so much negativity.

Why come here, why vent to people who mostly consist of those who cannot yet play the game. Why not just keep your opinions to yourselves if you didn't want to post in the other forums?

Some of the faults you guys and gals have pointed out I probably wouldn't have noticed until after I finished the game and reflected upon its strengths and weaknesses and now from the get-go I'm going to be thinking, 'oh dear, that would have looked better with some film grain hmm...'

'That scene was very auto-dialogue heavy, wasn't it?'

Etc...

I want to come here and still talk about how freakin excited I am to be able to finish this trilogy, not read post after post about what you've found ****. You shouldn't even have finished the game yet in my opinion, this will be your last Mass Effect game for a while and you should have savoured it - enjoyed it like a good book and made it last - allowed yourself to be excited about the mission you were going to try and finish after you get home from work...

I appreciate this is a rather pointless thread - It's more of a plea than anything else - to show some respect and understanding to your neighbours who can't yet have an opinion yet will be sensitive to any that come from those who are (for the moment) in the know.

I don't what to hear about: Tali's face; the Rachni Queen; ME2 characters, the ending; graphical issues, game complaints etc...

Although if one of you can confirm you can kick Chobot off the Normandy (which I read somewhere on here) then I wouldn't complain about that, as I'm sure my fellow brits also wouldn't mind / any fan in their right mind.

Well since we seem to be living in the same Monarchy, I would say old chap that it is largely self inflicted

I would advice that what you are training in is not working.
so i would try the practice free will. No-one forced you to read those nastry nasty threads.
As well you could practice to develop critical sense to form your own informed opinion.

Used in conjunction, that should give you a fair chance to avoid the posts or to take them with a pinch of salt.
hopefully you will find it more helpful that blaming others for what is essentially a personal problem.

Did you play the demo? did you enjoy it, and somehow you want me to believe that comments of total strangers can influence your enjoyment that much?.

Some of the comment you made as "enjoyment stopper" are not necessarily false. Nonetheless I can't wait the 9th when i will be able to activate my game and yes i am pretty much hyped despite the not so good threads.

Cant believe I'm still going on about this...look, I think you've been trying to get to me since page 2. Why not write exactly how I've bashed Americans and make me realise what I've done is wrong, I think you'll find I haven't said anything against any Americans - thats why the topic then turned to how I can tell the posters are American. C'mon...no really, c'mon...

Asia and Japan, you've mentioned, so we all think that all these posts are actually not Americans despite them all speaking American-English, they are in fact equal Americans and Japanese etc etc who speak one language, and use American spellings

You'd pick option A). Black People would still listen, white people wouldn't care, and you wouldn't rile anybody up. Hence, "Diplomacy".

The title conveys exactly what I mean - the page I posted within the topic gives the reader context, thus - if any of the people trying to coax something out of me bothered to read anything I had said and what others had said and agreed on, then this wouldnt have become about something entirely different. So far not one person has identified where anyone has bashed Americans. As for the title, it implies that Americans have the game, that they are posting what I have described...well, its the truth.

Someone show me evidence that contradicts me...really.

I showed you a post that looked American-English and yet the poster identified himself as an Aussie a few posts after it. Why? because people told him to get the US version of it but he said where he was from and it wouldn't work on his Xbox.

We have been telling you it wasn't only Americans but you have stood up all thread long trying to say it was even when pointing out other countries had it almost a day longer (officially).

So you refuse to acknowledge any other nationality could be involved and jump straight to your assumptions which you even admitted you assume but won't even think for a second your assumption was wrong in the slightest.

houldendub - Are you completely unable to read? No-one said opinions were not allowed, either you cannot be bothered to read, or your too stupid to comprehend.

What was asked for was NO OPINIONS, not good ones, not bad ones. It is Totally unfair that we europeans have to wait 3days for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

So YES all your comments are classed as spoilers, It is up to us to decide how the game is. The point remains that people are posting Spoilers in a section designed and labelled for NON spoiler comments.

And your complaints about the game belong in technical support. Obviously just another child who can't get mommy's pc to work.
