UK orders (how many dispatched) CE and SE

FFS, should have dispatched it on Wednesday , NOT thursday. fingers crossed for tomorrow, but I've already decided to go out this evening at 12:00 to buy a standard edition from Tescos or Asda. Not ideal as the DLC content, I'll have to apply when the CE turns up, but I simpyl cannot wait, I need this now. lol


I pre-ordered the CE from Sainsbury's and emailed them yesterday to check its status. They told me I should expect it in 7 - 10 days!!! I hope that was just a generic respinse otherwise i will not be happy

To be honest, it seems Play have already upgraded everyone that had it sent out over the last couple of days to courier, so it wouldn't suprise me if those that were sent out yesterday were 2 day delivery rather than next day.

Did it say next day on the email you got from DPD? If so, that's odd, from what you're saying it sounds almost like they had the parcel booked on their system but haven't actually received it yet.

Hu.. why do some people get the DPD and others don't? Anyway i just got my dispatched e-mail so hopefully tomorrow. I'm on an early in work so it should be here before i get home :D

collected: 7th march  service: Parcel next Day delivery  delivery status: awaiting receipt of  Parcel

You could try ringing DPD Customer Services, their number is  0844 556 0560, but their local rate number (cheaper/free depending on your phone/mobile provider) is apparently 0121 697 2952 (according to saynoto0870.com), so you might want to try that one instead.

That cant be right. did you email Sainsburys entertainment?  Might be worth ringing them and asking? I'm going to buy the SE tonight anyway, as I cant take the risk of not getting it tomorrow (day off booked and all)

i think i may have to consider shopto.net as place to preorder my games, that is if it wasn't for their policy on only one person having an account with them per household. I got my own debit card so I wouldn't have to rely on my brother to do stuff like this

i have used them for a couple of years and have bought many games from them,    

i bought battlefield 3 the other week, it  was packed and sent within 3 minutes of me placing the order,   they even email you a photo of your package on the conveyor belt with the despatch, literally takes under 5 minutes.

another huge plus for me is they take paypal.    i sell my unwanted games etc on ebay, i can then pay shopto upfront for pre-orders direct from my paypal account,  gives me piece of mind that i wont be getting a "your order has been cancelled because your credit card is out of date" email.

Where's that mentioned on their site? I've never seen it in their T&C'S or anything like that. :huh:

Indeed no matter how fast you got the PC version you wasnt gonna beable to play till tomorrow.


Obviously you never heard of VPN's, I was able to play Monday at 3pm because of VPN, but go digital. If you've received your copies today then use a US VPN to bypass the release date check.

Just received the same email from sainsburys!

At last! Heres praying it arrives tomorrow. As its defo on its way, I may not buy the Standard edition tonight. I think I'll have a tinker around with my ME2 and be patient. At last , its been shipped though! :)

Sainsburys posted my CE 10 to 12 today, (due dates tomorrow, im guessing il get it sometime next week w*nkers)

But whats worse? my Collectors edition guide i got from play.com has arrived TODAY.

Do you know how hard it is not to read it??!
