 Hi,

I bought the Digital Deluxe verison of ME2 yesterday, but have received not information regarding my Cerebrus network key to download all the additional content from Origin.

I received the CD key, but that is all, and I believe the cerebrus is different.
The "unlock code" in the screenshot is my Serial key, which I have edited out obviously.
Below is a link to a screenshot of the mail received, which clearly shows that no cerebrus key was given.

Can someone point me to somewhere where I can contact live support, as I doubt the mods here can give me access to the network.

I had the same issue, just use the help '?' button in origin to create a ticket. I made a ticket yesterday and they send me a cerberus network key today.

Weird thing is, they used to include 3 items in the shopping cart with the digital deluxe edition purchase. The game + Collector's armor and weapon, a bonus sniper rifle + cerberus network key.

Now they could've been added automatically but i can't check if these are missing too on my end seeing as i have all the pre-order and collectors stuff from back when i bought it on the 360, but you might want to check your 'user entitlements' to be sure you received everything you paid for.
