 Sorry if this seems like an idiot question, but where do I find the hoodie or other casual wear for Shepard?
I am assuming you can only set the "RPG, Story, Action" mode in "new" games?

You can access armor and casual wear options in the captain's cabin on the first floor of the Normandy.

"Mode" can be altered any time during the game from the pause menu. Check the narrative option and the gameplay difficulty option.

You can also change clothing at the aromr locker in the shuttle bay.
