Second and probably last question about Citadel's side-missions.

So I'm supposed to deliver heating unit to Salarian in Presidium Commons. IGN says it's purchasable in Spectre's HQ on Citadel, but it's not on my list. Is this going to be unlocked subsequently or what? Tips appreciated.

It's okay now, apparently it got unlocked after Udina's coup.

i think it unlocks after u progress more into the main storyline quest cause it showed up for me and i was able to complete the quest
