Title says it all. Specifically, after speaking with Sayn, Bailey does not contact me via radio to let me know that everything's in order so the quest doesn't get completed.
Is there any way to manually set the trigger to "completed"? Or is there any way to restart the quest?
Aria: Eclipse mission bug. Can I manually trigger it via console?

Escape > Load > Restart Mission (whatever it may be)

No good. I noticed the bug too late and left the citadel since. Restarting the mission doesn't help. No choice but to load a save and lose 2 hours of progress... sigh...

Hmm, yeah, I encountered this same bug - Bailey's VO never triggered leaving the docks and I can't talk to Sayn anymore. Would be great if there was a way to reset the quest so you could actually complete it...
