ok ill start this by saying there is no greying option in my hair. it is a real shame because my character is based off the main character in bg2 being the child of baal. i would of liked to age her a little less.
there is no slider bar to adjust the wight of my character
thiridly the elf ears seem to look really dodgy if adjusted to be bigger with some hair styles
there are no evil sounding voices, nor is there any insane ones. A big concern which points me to belive in the whole everything you must do is good (even though the game is supposed to have no "good and evil" which makes me laugh.
finnaly the character portait is really really stupid, bring back the old still pictures as making stupid angry or twisted smile faces makes my blood boil. i want my portraits back!
now that i have said what i think need adjustment, add to this list
what you think is missing, or would like adjusted

The Good:
Easy to make decent-looking faces with just a few changes of the presets, allowing players to jump right into the game without spending hours perfecting the face.
The Bad:
I haven't seen a single convincing celebrity likeness and found it was impossible to make a character that looks like myself. Compared to some other games, including a baseball game I own, DA:O CC is like a tonka truck at a monster truck rally.
The Missing:
An option to toggle between simple and advanced CC. This would be the perfect solution to solve "The Bad" without destroying "The Good."

I would like to see more hairstyles, especially longer hair although i know it's a bit harder to create proper movement. Weight and other more detailed stuff could appear.

I wish they had done hair color the same way they did it in Fallout 3 (the RGB sliders) It would've been neat to bust out some fantasy-purple hair or something.

1- humans are bieng made to be the red headed step children of this game.
the subhumans have a full 5 origins available to them- three for elves (mage, city, dalish) of those two are exclusive to elves.
the dwarves ahve two exclusive to them (noble and commoner)-
the humans on the other hand only have ONE exclusive option- and a shared one with the elves.
so the sub humans basically have over 2/3 the origins devoted to them- pretty sad in a game that is a human dominated world.
i hope they fix this with dlc of additional origins. the ratio should at least be 50% human exclusive origins, 50% sub humans and shared combined.
2- morrigan, i hear is not a lesbian romance option, this is a major flaw in the game.
3- there are no active consumption of alcoholic items or drugs- this is a flaw since many rpgs nowadays incorporate drinking and/or drug use as a possiblity along with boosts and side effects.
it also ruins the ability to role-play a drunkard as the main character.
