I'm thinking of switching to easy for the Redcliffe village battle, since I went there first and never manage to keep all of the villagers alive - but will the battle give less XP on easy?
Also if I don't switch, I'd still like to know what I'm missing - what are the rewards for saving all of them?
less XP in easy mode? Redcliffe rewards?

I've heard there are no drawbacks to switching back to easy for battles. This battle is kinda confusing and you won't get XP for every kill anyway. The reward is a helmet. I think it has some decent fire resist on it. I'm sure someone else knows its exact name and stats.
