During Tali and Legion's fight I cannot choose the renegade option to end the fight without loosing ones loyalty. My renegade bar is full too. Is this a glitch?
Why can't I have both Tali and Legion's loyalty?

If your renegade bar is full then it is a glitch, but you can also side with one and console the other afterwards by using high paragon or renegade. That should regain their loyalty.

I actually figured out the problem. Tali is not a good defender so when I left her behind to defend the door she died. The best squad members for defending the door are Garrus, Grunt, and Zaeed. The worst are Tali, Mordin, and Jack.
