 Every time I enter it i just get "
Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly. " From the Promo Code page. Is anyone else having this problem? all my other codes worked just fine.

 Same here. Although on the little sheet that comes with the game it says, "When you install your Mass Effect 3 Collector's Edition, your bonus content will be automatically downloaded and installed through Origin."

I'm wondering if that means it's already there? pssshhhh. I hate unclear methods/messages.

Day 1 DLC not available Day 1, that's a first?

Also, wouldn't want to start playing the game until From Ashes is installed,don't want to go too far into game.
How would you know that it is "coming soon"?

^^ ditto. I've been all over origins and can't find a place to download dlc or redeem a promo code.

Start the origin client.
Click the gear icon near the top right. You'll get a drop down menu.
Select "redeem product code"
You'll get a pop up in origin, put in code and click next.
Done

Thanks muchly! Just as an FYI, though, my Origin client didn't like the hyphens in the code -- just the alphanumerics.

The fact that I had to google how to redeem the product code says a lot about Origin.
