I can not buy Bioware points, I want to get "Mark of the Assassin" however After I choose to get with bio ware points it asks for my password to get to checkout like normal.
Here is the problem no matter how many times I type my damn password in it won't work, I've tried the 2 different passwords I use on websites I've tried using capitals and so on but it just won't accept.
Anyone else having this problem?
How fricking hard can it be to just let me get to checkout, I'm already logged into my account right this instant. >.<
Any help would be most welcome.

The password you need will be the same as the one you log into the game with (your EA account so make sure you are using that email and password.

Of course I am using the same password, I managed to buy points many times before when I obtained all other dragon age, dragon age 2 and ME2 DLC's.
But ever since this joined with origins and so on it won't accept my password on that screen.
I'm asking here because no one at EA will damn respond to me.

Ok so new problem I'm messing with my account logged out and logged back in using the same info as because but I had to change me Screen name as because it logged me into my Watermelon ID.
I can buy points now but since its saying its a different account >.< Even tho there the same Email and password (****ed up right)
The old DLC that I had already bought is no longer showing up....
How do I converge my 2 accounts or log back into my old or something this is fubar, Why can't EA just leave **** alone.
Note to EA: IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX >.<

There is no EA in here. Never has been. They have their own separate EA Help site, and they are the only ones dealing with account problems, period.

Yeah well EA own bio ware now and I've already posted at EA I was just wondering if anyone else had an issue and if there was a link to A process to sort the accounts issues out.

There isn't anyone else to ask. They all left last May and never came back. EA is all any new member has got if checking the forum Archives won't do it for them, and when it comes to points, there is no other answer there.
