Long story short my situation is this:

1.) I played through ME2 on PS3.
2.) I bought ME3 for the 360 so I can play with my friends since I don't have a lot of friends with PS3.
3.) I want to play through ME3 with a downloaded save I found online at masseffectsaves.com... and I understand that it has to be in  .xbsav format.

Someone please let me know. I'm reading a lot that you have to export your career save from the 360 for the PC utiliies that import the ME2 save to work. Since I don't have this (and instead just have a ME2 save and a ME3 game), am I screwed?

I'm in this same boat. I never picked up ME2 for xbox and I got 3 for the xbox. At the moment it's looking like because I never bought 2 on xbox, I can't get the save file to make a downloaded save file work.
