You work for the company or are you just a fanboy who doesn't respect the work it takes to earn the cash to pay for this game? All people ask for is communication and acknowledgement of the fact they messed up and knew about this issue before launch. If they apologized (and by apology I mean admitting they should have told us about this before we preordered or bought) and offered us a clear idea of what is going and the exact steps they are taking to fix it, people wouldn't be so miffed. We aren't interested in buying the game, we BOUGHT the game. They messed up, fine. I can accept that, even though this was easily avoidable. They just need to own their mistake.
