But there are som people in here that were shouting that "BW is a bad company, cuz they don't care about the hardcore fans, only the new ones and wants to make cash" and now all this is over. Lolz.

Thanks, I won't play till this is fixed. Plus I heard some people see their old Shepard with the "Shepard VI's", but they couldn't import that Shepard into the actually game, weird, lol.

After the game comes out?  Not that responsible IMO, lol.  This has stated by many fans for about a week or two.  I'm grateful for them looking to fix this, but how long has this game been gold and they just now notice the issue?

This doesn't fix the actual issue though. There are color/features missing from ME2 faces when they get moved to ME3.

Yeah, I'm pretty skeptical on an all-around fix. I think they may fix the "not importing at all" issue, but as for faces importing but missing components, they'd probably have to redesign and model them for ME3. That's probably too much time, money, and effort.

In complete honesty...I'm glad you're working on fixing it. It doesn't excuse this problem being there in the first place. Come on, guys. I like to give you guys the benefit of the doubt. But this is such a glaring oversight on something that is actually the SELLING POINT of the game. Our Shepard in a trilogy. Of all things, how did this slip through the cracks. I'm not a Bioware hater. Never have been. But I'm genuinely disappointed. Hope it's fixed soon.

I'm glad it's being looked at, anyway. When I try to recreate my ME2 Shepards from scratch in the ME3 character creator, they turn out hideous.

I think I'm going to start a brand new game instead ugh, and then replay the game when I can play as my own Shepard. MY HEART...IT IS BROKEN. I hope the fix comes asap though.
