I understand how little you think your ME3 character looks from your ME2 character, but you don't need to link to your pictures in almost every post...  We get it.

Until Bioware says that they get it...I'll keep posting.

Do you think they care?  It's just irritating us other fans.  It makes little sense to obnoxiously post the same pics over and over.  You made your point clear the first time you posted it.  Spamming it won't make it any more clear.

Dont Fight...
the main goal is to get a fix !

and also like Clarian just stated... It was Bioware that opened this topic !
So Bioware.. Chris ... were are you?

someone said that Bioware employees are like plants now..
My guess is that EA told them WE will handle this situation!

I cant imagine that the creative ppl that develloped the Mass Effect Universe are happy ..
Its all about money..
so i think its EA now that controls the situation and told Bioware.. dont speak.. dont do anything.. WE are in charge now.

If this is so it will ruin Bioware!

Also i cant imagine that the fan oriantated Bw employees are not following the topics ( This one also).

Maybe a heroe from Bioware will stand forward and probably will loose his Job ....
But thats just a dream.

The EA company with all there money and damage control teams are in charge now.
( i think)

That's a good point, actually...

I haven't made it clear to Bioware, unless they've seen it.  I have no idea whether they have or not.  They might jump on at any page of this thread for all I know.  Or, take ArthurBDD for example.  He sounded like he just went to the most recent page rather than reading all 5,000 posts.

Of course, I don't care whether they respond specifically to my images or not, as long as they address the problem in general.

Hi. Came here to **** like everyone else. No new input either except my utter contempt for EA and Bioware for this ridiculousness of an oversight. Way to update your T&Cs on the board right before ME3 was released so we don't resort to staff insults, because you knew we WOULD be as soon as we found out we can't import faces. If you hadn't added those T&Cs, I would damn sure be hurling four lettered insults and your staff, your family, and your pets (I am full of f*cking rage over this).

I just finished ME2 and all of the DLC last night. I had purposely stopped playing the game back around Christmas and played other games because I was so incredibly excited to play ME3 come March. Picked it up a few weeks ago and finished what I hadn't. Already purchased ME3 on the day it was released but didn't install it; just waiting until I finished ME2. So excited after the conclusion that I installed right away and find out I can't import my Shepard's face? Seriously? EPIC FAIL!

Why, on God's Earth, did you think we wouldn't care to rebuild our Shep? We've been invested in this trilogy with our hearts, so what the hell were you thinking? I've given you 200 of my dollars for these games and DLC over the years, so guess what?

YOU F**KING OWE ME MY F**KING SHEPARD!

People should lose their jobs over this. Serious absurdity. I have nothing but hatred for you guys right now. I'm not even starting ME3 until this is fixed.

I guess I'll go play Dragon's Age: Origins that I got for free with your day one Amazon install error debacle. Way to go, guys. Way to keep screwing up.

I think I'm gonna strat emailing Bioware every day with a message entitled "Have you fixed it yet!?"

Hopefully it'll be as annoying as the kid who's always asking it's parents "Are we there yet!?" during a car journey. :P

Seriously though, this "no comment" lark is going to far now.

Just tried to come as close as possible with the method linked by Chris, and it isn't close.

You would think we would have heard something substantial by now.

C'mon how damn long does it take to fix this issue when it shouldn't have ever happened? This is so ridiculous.

I really hope they haven't forgotten about this. Not being able to play as the same character I've been using for six years kind of ruins the experience.

It's really insulting to just let this sit, and not even give a real, substantial update. It's just shocking that they're keeping silent on this. I'm wondering though, is it Bioware that ordered the radio silence, or EA?

Yeah, but on their their page for BioWare, I believe they basically say they are unable to accurately evaluate BioWare due to a lack of info on the company.

I asked for info concerning the update on the MassEffect Twitter-Channel. They are responding to every type of s*** in a few minutes, but do not respond to the important stuff. That sucks.

It was the only reason at all to create a twitter account:mellow:

I sent a message to the official "Mass Effect" page on FB regarding this "bug", not expecting any response. Surprisingly, I got one.

Our developers are looking into this. Thank you for your concern.

The phrase "looking into this" troubles me. "Our developers are hard at work on fixing this bug" would have been better, or even "Our developers are working on this."

One guy got a respond from them regarding this a few days ago.
It just said that they forwarded it to the devs, and that they're sorry. So it basically said nothing.

Yeah, a while back someone suggested contacting Merizan.  I sent a tweet to her, but, almost 24 hours later, nothing.

She did, however, respond to someone who called her a "****"...great, rudeness garners a response, but not a big game issue that hasn't yet been acknowledged by the devs.  Oh well.

Oh I see, I admit, that I do not read 210 sites (!). Even this number is so ridiculous high. Doesn't someone lives near Bioware and could knock on their doors asking how things are going?

EDIT:
I recieved an answer to my second "tweet" I just asked, if they are aware of this thread and it's 210 sites. The answer was: "Yes, thank you~"

Yes, thank you... is exactly what I think now <_<

Have you ever played an EA game? The best I can compare EA . Is, the rest of the world is using hot spots at Starbucks and McD's and they use dial-up. There servers are awful.

Well, then lets come out in droves and provide them with info. The next best thing would be to drive their stock prices down so they are as ugly as this facial import situation.

This is unacceptable. People say that the rest of the game is amazing... and they don't care to fix obvious bugs. LIES! EA doesn't care and in the end people need to realize this.

Okay, no info yet is just plain rude at this point. Real fans are the ones who bought the first games. We're the ones who financed the making of the third game. We want this fixed and we'd like to know when this might happen.
