Would love to know what they're waiting for...
This is the Bioware that 'cares' about its fans/customers? Would hate to see what it'd be like if they didn't care.

HOLD THE LINE! This is way more important to me than any other issue. (Forced multiplayer, day one dlc on disc, ending whatsawhosits)

I just wanted to add my two cents to this debacle. I called in, (technical support # on the game insert, 866-543-5435 for anyone else who wants it), earlier today, and spoke with a very informative gentleman. I asked for a status update on this issue, and was quickly put on hold, while he checked on the status. After 15 minutes on hold, he comes back and tells me that there is still no ETA on a patch for this. I asked him why the community reps can't be bothered to actually talk to the community. He said he had no idea, but would see that it is, "looked into".
Then he told me some very interesting information. The first patch that was likely to come out for ME3, will be addressing disappearing packs in multiplayer. He then goes on to tell me about how much they care about there customers. So much in fact, that they will be releasing a multiplayer dlc "more than likely next week". I thanked him for his time, and hung up.
Now, I don't know about any of you, but this enraged me. They are going to patch multiplayer, AND release multiplayer dlc before we can even get an update on this face import problem? Seems to me like they just want to ignore this until it goes away, and let the whole ending debacle overshadow this until people forget about it. Well I for one will not forget about it, and I hope you guys won't either.
Hold the line!

Ok just realised that on the 6th and 8th of April PAX will be on at Boston and it looks like the developers of mass effect 3 are going to be having a panel, so if anyone going to PAX is reading this, if the glitch isnt fixed by then, making it a WHOLE MONTH that NOTHING has been done! (which would just go to show how much these guys actually give a damn), then i think we all know which question needs to be asked
dont you agree?

They do care about their customers. So much so that they hired him and all these other customer service people instead of hiring a dedicated team to fix this.
The guys who designed this game need to man up and spend the time it takes to finish the job they started. DLC is just insulting. How about finish your game first. Then worry about the stuff you cut out from the full game so you could sell it for a few more bucks.

I seem to remember us being assured several months ago that the inclusion of multiplayer would not deleteriously impact the commitment or attention to the single player campaign.
I believe we are now witnessing that this could have never been true, and will continue to not be true.
As TonyPro stated.. we never asked for multiplayer. And I believe in my heart of hearts that BioWare only included it at gunpoint by EA.
