Still nothing? D=

Would love to know what they're waiting for...

This is the Bioware that 'cares' about its fans/customers?  Would hate to see what it'd be like if they didn't care.

HOLD THE LINE! This is way more important to me than any other issue. (Forced multiplayer, day one dlc on disc, ending whatsawhosits)

213 pages? How long does a thread like this have to go before they respond to it? Surely, this is one of the biggest threads on the forums now?

This is ridiculous on so many levels! I expected much more from Bioware! I was a fan of them just as much as their games and boy have they disappointed me on this. How about make a the single player flawless and ditch the multi-player nobody asked for.

I just wanted to add my two cents to this debacle. I called in, (technical support # on the game insert, 866-543-5435 for anyone else who wants it), earlier today, and spoke with a very informative gentleman. I asked for a status update on this issue, and was quickly put on hold, while he checked on the status. After 15 minutes on hold, he comes back and tells me that there is still no ETA on a patch for this. I asked him why the community reps can't be bothered to actually talk to the community. He said he had no idea, but would see that it is, "looked into".
Then he told me some very interesting information.  The first patch that was likely to come out for ME3, will be addressing disappearing packs in multiplayer. He then goes on to tell me about how much they care about there customers. So much in fact, that they will be releasing a multiplayer dlc "more than likely next week". I thanked him for his time, and hung up.
Now, I don't know about any of you, but this enraged me. They are going to patch multiplayer, AND release multiplayer dlc before we can even get an update on this face import problem? Seems to me like they just want to ignore this until it goes away, and let the whole ending debacle overshadow this until people forget about it. Well I for one will not forget about it, and I hope you guys won't either.

Hold the line!

Ok just realised that on the 6th and 8th of April PAX will be on at Boston and it looks like the developers of mass effect 3 are going to be having a panel, so if anyone going to PAX is reading this, if the glitch isnt fixed by then, making it a WHOLE MONTH that NOTHING has been done! (which would just go to show how much these guys actually give a damn), then i think we all know which question needs to be asked

dont you agree?

Wow thanks for that information charisi.  They probably are only going that route because it was already scheduled.  Anything after though definitely should on this issue I think, especially since they kind of brushed off the people complaining about this supposed bad ending.

Dissapointing. This is.

At least a little bit info on how this is being handled wouldn't cost you anything Bioware.

Interesting. Are you planning on going or do you know anyone?  Gotta make sure our issue is heard by them and not outspoken by the people enraged by the ending.

I for one would love to go, although I don't think it is very practical seeing as how I live in central Ohio. If any of you go, (assuming the issue isn't resolved by then), please keep those of us that can't attend updated. I'd love to know what they have to say about their compelte lack of caring on this matter.

Well we just gotta keep this in thier face. They think that they could ignore it and close thier eyes and it will eventually blow over. We need to make sure it doesnt until we get what we payed for. Im done with bioware after this is over. This is the biggest failure from a gaming company i have ever witnessed in my life and ive been playing video games since i was 3 years old playing the legend of zelda on NES in 1987.

I just tried importing my male Shep into Mass Effect 3 and it didn't say that it couldn't determine the custom face, but the face looks completely different.
So even if that error doesn't come up with mine, it's still the same problem. :(

They do care about their customers. So much so that they hired him and all these other customer service people instead of hiring a dedicated team to fix this.

The guys who designed this game need to man up and spend the time it takes to finish the job they started. DLC is just insulting. How about finish your game first. Then worry about the stuff you cut out from the full game so you could sell it for a few more bucks.

I seem to remember us being assured several months ago that the inclusion of multiplayer would not deleteriously impact the commitment or attention to the single player campaign.

I believe we are now witnessing that this could have never been true, and will continue to not be true.

As TonyPro stated.. we never asked for multiplayer. And I believe in my heart of hearts that BioWare only included it at gunpoint by EA.

Let me just say, just because we didn't ask for it, doesn't mean that would have stopped them. o.O As for the first patch, the face import glitch and others could be added in the patch with the multiplayer glitches. It's not absolute.

Ofcourse it's not true...It's not even possible to get anything above a ~3500 EMS without playing MP. They said MP is not needed to get all the possible endings so wtf.

Screw that, it's Bioware's responsibility as well.

I can think about two things now.
The first one is not good at all. I'm not a coder so maybe it's stupid, but what if this bug is so deep, they can't fix it, because the problem is so basic in the engine?
The second one is a better theory, I think they can't patch it in a normal way, because the fix is above the xbox live size limit (pc is different of course, but probably fix it on one platform and not on the other would casue more trouble). In this case I hope they will release a free dlc soon which will include the fix. But if it's true why is the silence?
I don't get it, it's strange from Bioware. :(
I have six Shepards waiting, I bought a 360 and Hd tv five years ago because of the Me1 (wasnt cheap that time), bought every single dlc, even the useless appearance and weapon packs to show my support, and now...feel very disappointed. Just say something, the negative answer is an answer too!
