Funny arguement FlyingWalrus and cApAc aMaRu. Probably should do less name calling in a moderated forum though;) As much as I love BioWare and want to be understanding about this issue like FlyingWalrus, I agree with aMaRu. I can't ignore that BioWare knew about this problem when the game shipped and choose not to fix it with a release day patch and not to warn fans. If they did not catch this bug then I have no faith in their QA process. When the issue came to light the response we got from BioWare and the way the issue was handled was bad. I love BioWare, but with all the misteps of late and EA rebranding studios to benefit from the reputation they spent years creating I have lost faith in their brand. Going forward I'll use more caution before I purchase anything that says BioWare.

I'm having trouble understanding the issue. Yes it's not great that you can't import it. But it took me roughly about 10-15 minutes to re-create the face I had before. This game has much bigger issues like the endings imho.

Funny thing is its these people that tell me I'm acting 'entitled' and that I should just 'deal with it' that make me the maddest.

But you ARE entitled to a game that works as expected once you've purchased it. Now if you obtained a pirated copy and were complaining then they'd have a point, but I suspect that is not the case LOL;) I think entitlement is not accepting the ending and demanding that it be redone for free:P

While it may have taken YOU 15 minutes, for many of us, the assets we used to make our Shepards simply don't exist in ME3. (Some of them didn't even exist in ME2, but ME2 imported raw data, not approximated facecodes).
No amount of trying, fiddling, fussing, and working, will allow the ME3 CC to create ANY of my Shepards with ANY degree of accuracy. They all come out looking like complete strangers. I've sat down and worked with it for 3 and a half hours for my "main" favorite Shep, and it still wears a stranger's face.
The same goes for many, many people in this thread. It's not difficult to create our Shepards, we're not lazy, we've tried. It's literally impossible for us to re-create them.

Y'know, the more I think about it, the less I understand why it can't be released on it's own, esp. since this is an issue that's keeping a lot of people from even starting the game, and an issue that's making a ot of people very angry...

So I'm sorry I don't have the full answer you all want and are waiting for yet.
