Stop dreaming lol
We all see our shepard (well you know, do that thing) so forget about a ME4. That's the ending we had, whether you like it or not.
And if they release another me,forget about the commander.

Guess you missed the screen after the ending saying DLC AND MOAR GAMES ON THE WAY.

Guys, try to keep perspective...think about all the bugs and little glitchy things wrong with this game...the patch is going to have to be a BEHEMOTH! It's like trying to patch up the breaking dam at the end of X-men 2..
I don't care about EA and Bioware's problems. I care about mine. I've paid for a game that works. I'll be 'patient' when I get it.

Nope.
The screen you talk about says (if it's the same i'm thinking) says "continue your adventures with commander sheppard with the upcoming dlcs" (or something like that)
So no,i don't think that's enough to suposse they're going to release another ME game.
Upcoming DLCS? Yeah sure,no doubt. But a dlc in form of an ending? that's not official.
Anyways i'm in favour to new endings but given the circumstances about bioware not confirming that,we are not being real.

This is a huge mistake that is purely of Bioware's making, but those choosing NOT to play the game at all based on this issue can't actually say they are UNABLE to play the game at all...they have simply chosen NOT to play based on the current condiitions (and they have every right to do so), but as bad as the bug is, it is NOT completely game-breaking from a techncial point of view and as such, is being handled by the developers as a non-crtical bug. Like it or not, our emotional attachment to OUR Shepherd (no matter how pivotal it is to the trilogy as a whole), is not going to carry much weight to those outside the sphere of RPG gamers. I'm an AVID RPGer, but I find many of the posts in this thread to be borderline evidence of some personality issues that might need to be investigated by a mental health professional. If you take offense to that statement, then that may be a clue.

You're right about the screen, but Muzyka and Hudson have both talked about the series continuing I'm pretty sure. Hope they aren't expecting me to buy any.
*edit* by the way, this screen disgusts me, and I'm not 'dreaming', Mass Effect is dead to me.

Cert. takes a minimum of 2 weeks. Think they started testing it for you guys a couple days ago right?
Well the update on March 21st said they'd fixed the problem and were waiting for it to be certified, so I think we've got about we've got a 1 week minimum wait. But I'm not sure.

I read a rumor that they were working on something called 'Mass Shift'. Not sure how accurate it is though.

Yes you guys got about that if there's no probems. I know they're bascially done b/c it's the same time they started looking at the black screen/gamertag glitch. So they more or less had everyone working on this.
Maybe in another 2 months I'll be able to play the game at all myself (gamertag glitch freezes the game before the start screen).

Hello again,
No Mr. Cat has not left the building but being on GMT+1, I am not at the office during the most busy US hours and had to tend to the family a bit. I'm usually on anyway but I couldn't last night unfortunately.
I want to clear a few things up. Firstly I don't work OUT OF BioWare Austin or Edmonton but I am just as much a full time employee nonetheless. My actual duties do not include these forums but I chose to ask for permission to talk to you as I believe it's needed. In fact my prime tasks involve Nordics only but I care about all fans so I'm here on my own accord.
I don't expect my presence to make your frustration regarding this problem and how you feel you been treated to magicially disappear, nor am I feeding you something that I don't genuinely believe. You are very much entitled to voicing your opinions and you should not be moderated for it as long as it's not personal attacks or trolling towards BioWare staff members.
I do however, in the situation we're in hope that you can see that we are actually working on issues and that we hear you. Everything said here is compiled and conveyed to the correct people, both at EA and BioWare.
I know that it might not always seem that any of us are around, especially with a perceived "silence" when there's no post from BioWare staff for X amount of time. But we are and we do. Also this is something I CAN affect and thus I'm doing my best to affect it.
Now I can't talk specifically why this error was in the live game, simple reason is that I wasn't part of the process. I know how irritating it can be though, I have friends who are affected. I've been lucky as I run PC stock MaleShep but it doesn't lessen my empathy for the need for a fix. I acknowledge it fully.
All right, Mr Martinez, I am prepared to give you the benefit of the doubt.
One of the (few) questions you MAY be able to answer is this:
Does the fix that Chris told us about involve returning assets from ME1-2 that are currently missing in ME3? E.g. hair and eye shapes, hair and eye colours, scars etc?
In short, does the end result enable COMPLETE copy of the ORIGINAL ME1 Shepard headmorph, like it was possible in ME2?
Or is it just another "approximation" using existing ME3 resources?
This is what a number of fans are apprehensive about. It is also, hopefully, something you should be able to find out and share without breaking any of your rules.
So, how about it?

In other words ¿the patch will give us an EXACT replica of our ME1 & ME2 Shepard's FACE or it works with FORMULAS?
This is a simple and also a IMPORTANT question, and it does NOT involve third party people, this is something BIOWARE JUST MADE.
Just ASK your bossess "FANS ARE CONCERNED, THEY JUST WANT TO KNOW HOW DOES THE PATCH WORKS?"
