Issue importing faces into Mass Effect 3 Updated March 21

It is amazing that this thread has had 0 posts by someone connected to Bioware, in fact, the sole purpose of this forum seems to let us vent some steam while being kept in the dark by what is happening.
It is a pity, I like Bioware, but in this latest incarnation as an EA division it is sadly lacking in any kind of basic PR skills in communicating with its community

Will I purchase any more of the Mass Effect series? No. I do not like the direction EA has taken the series and Shepard's story is over. Couldn't care less about anything else EA/Bioware can think up to try and bilk me out of my hard earned coin.
Will I purchase Dragon Age 3? Only if it goes on sale for 80% or more off (maybe). While I did enjoy DA 2 over all, I did not like the ending at all and various aspects of the game weren't thought out very well. (Mage Hawke anyone?). EA will most likely force multiplayer into the mix. Single player inevitably suffers when multiplayer is tacked on. Thanks but no. Not interested.
I'll revisit ME 3 and this forum sometime over the summer and see what (if anything) has been happening. As for now...

Is it because even though we are finally getting the patch, we still have to contend with th eending?
Nah, I don't know nothing about the ending. I haven't played yet. In fact, I don't care right now, I just wanna play.

One of the positive things in this FIASCO, is that I discovered that incompetent PR is not an exclusive of a few developers.

It's actually had 15 posts by people related to Bioware (which is over infinity% more posts than 0) but it's just they've hardly been constructive and included such jewels as "Now, if I were you I wouldn't care for the reasoning behind the delay" from Tully Ackland

Wow, seriously? That is awful, all the B EFFING S about not having any more information and here they are giving an estimate on when it will be ready.... I'm happy it's going to be soon but seriously congrats on the worst PR there. They announced to all the major gaming sites when the ending dlc is coming and that it would be free, but they couldn't even be bothered to tell their own forums that the patch is almost with us.LoneDragoon90 wrote...

Posting updates on twitter and ignoring the people concerned on the actual game forums, is total bull****. Well done.
This.
Seems like Chris like to kidding with us.
Another proof that not even he reads this thread or actually care about what's inside .
I will not be happy about that the patch is coming next week until he update this thread.

oh yeh saw that, been following every post on this thread waiting until the time me and Shepard can finally save the galaxy once and for all. Chris' sole job is being Bioware's "Community Co-ordinator" and he's doing a very bad job of co-ordinating with this community. I for one don't use Twitter, so if that hadn't been posted here I'd have never known about it which is shameful really.

Careful of your signature, that image looks like a huge spoiler, i'm glad i skimmed first otherwise i get the feeling the ending would have been spoilt, which would suck because i have managed to avoid almost EVERY single gaming website with spoilers XDvI Demon Iv wrote...

The bug fix team will be separate from the DLC team but I don't doubt that the DLC team got much more resources and priority than our problems.

Good call. I can see how it could be considered a spoiler, a minor one, but a spoiler, so I noted that.your-friendly-noggin wrote...
