This is what I'm fearing.  If that happens, I'm just gonna say F-it.  Waited too long and even if they listen to the outcry it's gonna take probably another month to fix.  Like I said before this damn game feels like a chore more than entertainment now.

I'm with you. If all they did was remove the error message when importing and our characters still look wrong I'm just going to have to bite the bullet and play anyway. If that's the case then I'm just going to try to recreate my Shepard the best I can and I'll just tell myself that she's a more older mature Shepard and that's why she looks different.

I disagree. The mention of "customized facial features" that were not properly imported, suggests customised features available in the ME1/2 CC, but not available in the ME3 CC.

Now that the issue has been fixed, it sounds like our ME1/2 faces will not be constrained by the ME3 asset toolbox.

I think this means we will get a ME3 import facility like the ME2 import facility - where customised faces can be imported, but not tweaked. And that would be fine by me.

Here's hoping.

Also, I think they said that the extra ending free DLC would be released in the summer, so I doubt it would bundled with this patch.

Oh well, at least we have something resembling news. As for the highlighting of "some", people are misinturpretting, I think. It doesn't mean "Some people will find the issue is fixed, while the rest of you are SOL." it means "Some people had an issue importing their face", simple as.

That doesn't speak for the quality of the fix, of course...but I'll be happy enough just getting something that looks like my Shep again. But yeah, like a lot of people in this thread I think, if the patch doesn't make her look right, I'll just remake her the best I can. I can't afford to have this game just sat around gathering dust for another 6 weeks while I wait for them to fix the fix. If they even bothered.

I also think that the 'some' refers to 'that some people had an error importing' rather that some of the errors are fixed, at least I hope that is the case!
