I highly doubt that, refer to what Malcroix said.

However, for the purpose of not arguing in a pointless loop, I'll just let it go.

Well, since I just wasted my time doing some tests... That nose is magically in the CC if you import a Shepard that had it, but the patch doesn't make it possible for new characters.

Well that's a curveball if ever i saw one. Just what the hell is going on here?

Still awaiting a response from Bioware regarding our characters looking nothing like ME1 & ME2 after patch.

'' With the face import patch we think we have struck a good balance in delivering the custom face players used to have while maintaining the team’s artistic vision for what all of your custom Shepards are supposed to look like.” - Be-Aware Corp.

That translates as, "With the face import patch we have struck a good balance in delivering bull**** while maintaing our lazy artist's vision for what default Shephard(the only Shephard now, none of yours should have existed.) is supposed to look like."

And by the distributiv property translates to, "Because we were foolish in splitting our time and resources into developing multiplayer there is an overall lack of polish for ME3"

I hope everyone remembers this when DA3 is announced/released (No doubt it will get the greatest game of all time award from the major ratings sites, despite its flaws) - gamers tend to have short memories and are kinda impulsive - the only way to teach them is with your wallet. I think this is as good as it will get, they will no doubt claim the issue fixed and move on to support MP and DLC's - after all you can nickel and dime people with those - a patch to (properly) fix single player brings in no money...........

I have bought almost every Bioware game starting with the Original Baldur's Gate.......I can't believe how much things have changed.......

Yeah, I posted this a page or 2 back... funny thing is, if MS had the patch and was planning on releasing it today, it would have been available at the same time as the multiplayer DLC, as MS adds everything at the same time.
Once again we're getting blatant lies/misinformation from BioWare.

Was this patch meant to fix the error message? Because I'm still actually getting that...not sure if anyone else is too?

Edit: shoulda read the above comment

I don't want to blame MS for this, and I certainly don't want to defend Bioware but for all we know the patch was supposed to be released at the same time as the DLC.

I do know that whenever it will be released, it will be too late for me to enjoy it today. Time to forget about Be-Aware, I don't want to have nightmares tonight.

Maybe, and this is the optimist in me, MS refused it because it doesn't fix the error as they claimed.
Please MicroSoft have an angry Mass Effect fan who tested this patch XD

So it's 14:00 now in Edmonton, and that leaves Chris roughly 3 hours to update us I think, since I don't see him updating us in his free time.

Hurry it up!

Maybe... since all this situation encourages the use of "External Programs" such as Modio, which are against the Xbox Live Terms of Service... don't know but, maybe Microsoft has refused the patch... and considering the fact that it doesn't fix (all) the issues we have, more and more players will use such tools...

All the reports of the non-functioning patch are depressing. I bought the game at launch, got the N7 edition and still haven' played it.

Fortunately I have found the quickest way to satisfaction:

Wii+Xenoblade=Awesome!

At this point I'm definitely happier playing Xenoblade now than I am waiting for Bioware to do something right.

Sounds oddly like Microsoft to be honest, and I don't mean that in a bad way, EA shouldn't be pointing to things that break ToS.
