I found this info from Chris on this thread: http://social.biowar...ndex/11258711/1

He states:

"It is not yet available for the 360. We're checking with Mircosoft to see when it will be available."

Would it be too much to ask WHY it is being delayed??

I'm taking this too a new extreme!
UK gamers ASSEMBLE! I am going to complain to the BBC's WatchDog about this!
They got EA to fix a bug in FIFA so.

WatchDog, WatchDog, what you gonna do, what you gonna do when Anne Robinson comes for you, WatchDog, WatchDog.

I didn't get it on the xbox yet, and judging by the comments here it seems nobody else did either on the consoles?

Nope. Nothing over here in the UK and it's almost 11th April now.

I sure i read some where on one of the other boards that Chris has said the patch has been delayed and will not be out today.

The only comment I saw on that thread was him saying there was a problem with the patch, something (allegedly) to do with Microsoft, but I didn't see anything about it being postponed today

Who knows whats going on.  Priestly won't post here and no one else from Bioware will say anything.

I It would seem a lot of players are getting the standard custom faces when trying to import their femsheps. I recognize a lot of the faces of the failed imports from CC.

Yeah, I noticed that a few pages back. Someone said their face imported incorrectly and showed a fairly plain face with the blonde bobbed hairdo. I remember seeing that exact face when I tried importing and got the error message.

So yeah, it does seem that in many cases it's possible that Bioware have simply removed the error message.

It's really kind of sad. Hell, it's bad enough MS and Sony are apparently dragging their heels so much about releasing the patch.
You'd like to hope the "Day after" release date was so MS and Sony could gauge fan reaction to the patch and temporarily canned it when they found fans weren't hap- pffth.....sorry, it's hard to keep going with a straight face.:P

Yeah, if neither the PS3 nor the 360 has the patch, this is probably something of an issue with EA or Bioware.

No, they didn't just remove the error massage. If they did, you would get the exact same custom Shepard Face as before, because the game could not implement anything else.
Btw, the face Rabidlamb get was far different from the custom Shepard face.

Well, the pc patch worked for me. It's not EXACTLY the same as my character in ME1 and ME2, but it's close enough that I could probably tweak it. Now, I just have to forget what I've read about the endings and try to immerse myself in the final chapter of ME...Oh, and reconfigure my network settings every time I want to play the game because fracking Origin won't let me login if I'm connected to my home network. So...thank you Bioware. Suck it, Origin.

Chris said a long time ago that it would be easier to keep quiet.

And guess what- THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HE IS DOING.

Well, I assume business hours over at Bioware are coming to an end. I don't hope to see this patch at all today anymore.

This is a joke.  But if it makes anybody feel any better, my colleagues in the media business all agree this is definitely a bad black eye/PR debacle for EA/Bioware.  Too bad, but they reap what they sow, unfortunately.

A blind man wearing eye patches could see that :P what are their opinions on this overall? What do they think should have been done?

Me3 post patch gives me face code: 941.3II.IR1.M9H.FPK.27Q.6RG.1D1.G17.9B2.3B4.317

I wish i was kidding

Use the Gibbed save editor to remove the face code from your Mass Effect 2 save file.

Did anyone really think there would be a patch out today that would fix the mammoth sized introductory defects? Come on... fool you once, twice, thrice, four times, really?

The thing I still cant believe is that when I played the Mass Effect 3 DEMO, I got the
face import error.

I thought "Thats ok, that maybe why they released the demo, to catch any problems like this
that will be fixed in the final game".

Now this. Now a delay.

Lame. Lame lame lame to the nth degree.

UK gamers unite! I saw your little debacle on Twitter while trawling hopefully for news on this patch :P Gods I hope they fix this! Pretty mortified atm. Will Not play with a 'fakeshep'! Nu uh - I love this game far too much to settle. I'm going to stay positive.
Btw was there some rubbish broadcast on uk news saying that gay romance options in me3 set a bad example? Saw a random post somewhere suggesting this - horrified at the prospect :[

Well clearly they mucked this up from the beginning, that was the general buzz.  Keep in mind a lot of folks who may cover technology may not be die hard gamers themselves, but some folks I know (myself included) had been seeing all the outrage here and can't really disagree with most of it.  As a consumer story - this is pretty bad in the sense they shipped a highly-anticipated product that was ultimately defective.  The issue of the ending may be up for debate, but I think at least among the folks I know and work with in various places there is consensus that this product clearly failed to meet expectations and the handling of the situation was, for lack of a better word, awful.

Personally I thought if they could at least get this patch issue taken care of it would at least calm some of the (rightfully) angry consumers who invested in this game.  But the inconsistent PC rollout and the non-existent Xbox rollout is pretty weak.  From a business point of view, this is pretty much a total fail.

Delay?  How do we know this?  "chris" refuses to post in here and is nonexistent.  Bioware wont make a statement either.  Someone please sues these thieves.

What I think is another miss is that they took a lukewarm approach to solving the problem. It's great to see them give a public mea culpa and note that people were upset with the ending and bugs in the game and were going to address it. I think that was the right move, but then strangely when it is clear as day that people here are upset since yesterday's PC patch and the absence of a xbox patch today, someone should have just come out and taken the same tact and own up to it and give people some guidance on the matter.

A lot of people waited for this day, came home from school, work, or maybe just stayed home to wait for this patch. Any respectable company should be aware of this anticipation and should have been positioned to get ahead of the matter and respond in the event things didn't happen as expected. But then, nothing other than a vague comment on some random thread. Any person with any semblance of PR skills or experience would know this is a very poor response.

My thing is - if you are going to be silent, then be silent from the beginning. Don't offer feedback on one issue and then disappear during another. As an organization they should know that people value honesty and consistency and it is because of the lack of either (or both) on a day that like that will simply fuel more flames of anger and turn even your most loyal customers against you.

That is what is ridiculous

We assume it is a delay because it is coming up to 4pm West Coast and still no patch.

I have no idea, i find it amazing that the Mass Effect twitter guy replied to "WWEguy13" saying "masseffect Just saw on the news in UK about having gay people in ME3 sets a bad example.", their reply "Wow.". What a waste of time, other than that he is now ignoring any tweets about the bugs and just telling people not to buy the resurgence pack and talk to EA customer services.
