Once MS certifies a patch or DLC, it's up to THEM when it goes live. Certainly would be nice if the official thread had been updated though...

Getween 10am and 2pm GMT.
Knowing my luck it'll be the latter. Late shift at work followed by an early one so I will get nearly no time to play it. But that's just my bad luck...can't blame Bioware for *that* one at least.

Still, I know my Shep won't import properly. I'm not that lucky.

yeah i think after reading the patch notes i don't think it's gonna fix my shepard's colouring so i guess i'm screwed and i'm gonna have to deal with a different looking shepard

Well I'm one of the lucky or CONTENTED PC user to have my beloved shepard back
=). Patch worked for me without any trouble at all, that is because I have an ME1, to
ME2 (without any changes) shepard and successfully imported it now to ME3 without
any issue because that was the main trouble before = shepard from ME1 imported to
ME2 is not being imported propely in ME3 (showing the face code error) NOT the
ME1 shepard imported to ME2 and CHANGING some attributes on his/her face
because this generates new face code and an entirely different issue that BIOWARE
cannot address right away for the super demanding people. Bioware thought that
people reported they cannot import a shepard from ME1 > ME2 now to ME3
properly and showing face code error. They thought that those people DID NOT
Change anything on their shepard's face (that's why those people is demanding their
orig shepard to be imported properly because otherwise, they could just recreate
their shepard if changing face is ok to them) that why bioware only fix that issue.

I'm actually glad that this company still gives us a Sh*t after we already purchased
the game and they already got our money. Some other or probably all other company
will just laugh on us and don't support us at all just relying on some modders to
support ourselves because they already got our money, the hell they care. But
bioware does, always giving us updates, news, dlc, even a free dlc, and this patch. I
learned how to appreciate the game and the support behind it even us gamers are
most of the time morons and know nothing else than to complain. Mass Effect game is
superb, that's why you're expectation are so high you think bioware is God to
address everything. Are you able to import your batman arkham asylum character to
batman ac? did you have any choice of decision in that game? are you even able to
change ezio's face in AC? BIG NO. but you're admiring these games. Now that
bioware's gave you freedom and impressive game, instead of enjoying it you just
complain and complain all the time?? Bioware is not a perfect company imho, they are just
doing business like everybody else, luckily, they put impressive enthusiasm and effort
to create this great game, so I think we just better appreciate it, rather that rant
continously like we people always do.

But anyways, here's my shepard from my ME1, to ME2, then finally to ME3. no face
code errors anymore, although I think it's not 100% the same, I AM contented an
very happy about my imported shepard nonetheless.

and have a facial as well to remove some blemishes lol

Post the links to the url if you can.  The "image removed" is a limitation for newly registered members on BSN to prevent pic spamming.

This logic actually does make sense.

If you changed anything that means you were not interested in a 100% direct import anyway, so they assumed for the rest of the people that no tweaks or modifications were made as they were after and concerned about a direct import.

When banks own the government, it is a difference without a distinction.

Referring to the original post, Bioware is definitely not the worst company in the U.S.  Their corruption and anti-consumer behavior makes them part of a trend but certainly not the vanguard.
